I wanted to make a template to help me as someone with ADHD to encourage me to eat because I always forget what meals I enjoy based on the ingredients I already have on hand. I wanted a central place to store all these features and I’ve found the flexibility in this template to help me immensely.

Be one step ahead and plan your meals ahead of time. It will automatically generate a shopping list so you can see which ingredients are in stock or out of stock to make your next grocery shop that little bit easier.

AUTOMATED SHOPPING LIST ☆

Never forget an ingredient again! With this template, you can select if the ingredients are in stock, out of stock or need to be put on a shopping list to make your next grocery trip easy.

CATEGORIES ☆

Organise your recipes into categories and sub categories completely tailored to your needs. So when you have a certain craving, you’ll easily be able to find a recipe to suit that craving!
